My name is Kangyi Yu. My rare disease journey began with an intimated friend of mine who is a rare disease patient. Sometimes we talk together, and I gradually find that his inner thoughts are interesting and unique. Therefore, I want to collect and understand the stories of rare patients, since I believe they have a unique emotional world deep in their hearts, which is what I yearn for. Rare not Alone provides me with a platform to achieve my dream. By comprehending their stories and thoughts, I can gain a deeper understanding about the diverse people in the world, which helps me find people’s need easily.

My major is business, and I am committed to changing the world through business.
